We absolutely LOVE Dr Caitlin! She first saw my son who at the time was having some sleeping difficulties and chiropractic care seemed to help settle him and give him more comfort which improved his sleep! She has also been great with my own care, she gives you her time and listens genuinely to all your concerns and always asks multiple times though out the appointment if you have any questions and answers every question with kindness and honestly! She shows so much kindness and compassion you can tell she really enjoys her work and cares about the people she’s working with. Can’t thank her enough for being a part of our health journey!
The receptionist has also been so so amazing to work with, anytime I need to call and have something sorted she’s extremely helpful and when we arrive at the office she always greets us with a smiling face! I came in to Big Rock Chiropractic, Physiotherapy & Massage in the summer and could barely walk. I met with Dr Caitlyn and we discussed my issues. She was able to get me in for an x-ray to see what was going on right away and we started treatment. She is absolutely great! I then incorporated some physio with Sarah which was awesome! She is patient and very knowledgeable. She was able to give me exercises that helped me with my mobility. I then tried massage and have the wonderful woman Barb taking care of me. I am always amazed and get a little anatomy lesson every time. The best news is that I have more mobility now than I have had in years

I have been receiving physiotherapy treatments from Sarah Maetche for the past 4 or 5 weeks for a severe stiff neck. By severe, I mean very little mobility and terrible pain. In my time with Sarah, my neck has gotten progressively better, to the point that I almost have full range of motion! I’m so relieved and appreciative for what Sarah has done for me. This is a condition that I have had since May of this year. I only wish I had gone for treatment with Sarah back then.

Not only has she helped her growbut she has been able to figure out why Lejla is fussy every time and get rid of any issues she has!
