Our practitioners are extensively trained in both TCM's systematic diagnostic methods and Five Element theory's constitutional approach, enabling us to craft treatment strategies that deliver both immediate relief and long-term wellness solutions

Orthotics

At Big Rock, Our Chiropractors are able to design and prescribe Orthotics to help you with your foot or gait problems. Using their training and experience, in concert with our modalities offered at Big Rock, we are confident we can find a solution to have your feet feeling amazing and posture / balance on point!

Get To Know Big Rock’s Founder, Dr. Caitlin Zietz

Dr. Caitlin Zietz is a family chiropractor and clinic owner at Big Rock Chiropractic & Wellness.

Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Caitlin graduated in 2012 from Northwestern Health Sciences University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. After graduating, Dr. Caitlin moved back to Canada, and began working with families in and around the Okotoks area.

With a special focus on prenatal care and postpartum recovery, Dr. Caitlin has helped hundreds of women navigate the physical changes this time can bring. Whether she’s caring for a first-time mom or a mom of six her goal is clear: To help each woman have a comfortable pregnancy, optimize her recovery postpartum and support her through motherhood.
